For your first subscription and a one-off package: a 50–100% refund of the actual payment for the unused portion, provided no more than 50% of the service value has been used. Above 50% usage, the voluntary guarantee does not apply. Undelivered services, defects and mandatory rights are handled separately.
How refunds are calculatedA delivered report that matches the service description. A failed run does not consume an allowance. Reopening an existing report is not a new analysis; fetching fresh data is a separate run.
Yes. The seven-day window limits new analyses, not access to completed, paid-for reports. You can export important results.
Future renewal charges stop, while access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation alone is not a refund request.
No. Analytics and AI recommendations support your decisions but do not guarantee profit, sales or Amazon rankings.
