1. Document status and parties
This is a draft public offer by the sole proprietor ФОП Міцинська Олена Валеріївна for Indie Book Atlas digital research services at indiebookatlas.com. Payment acceptance is still being prepared. This text is not an order available for purchase: sales will start after payment activation and publication of final prices, allowances and conversion rules. Current invitation access creates no paid subscription or automatic charges.
2. Services
The service provides book niche discovery, niche and keyword research, book listing analysis, title and description options, cover analysis and recommendations, available review analysis, own-book economics and comparisons of saved snapshots. Finished cover artwork is not included in the current tool. Availability depends on marketplaces and data sources. Calculators and the extension offer free functionality; service analyses require the relevant access.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter the contract; company representatives need authority. Services are not offered to people located or resident in Russia or Belarus, or companies established there. This is a contractual access restriction; technical registration capability does not override it. Applicable legal restrictions on access and payments also apply.
4. Orders and acceptance
After sales launch, checkout must display the order contents, duration, allowances, price, charging currency, frequency and renewal terms. Offer acceptance and recurring payment authorization must be recorded through separate clear checkout actions. Silence, visiting the website or using a free calculator is not authorization to charge. The privacy policy provides processing information; marketing consent is not a purchase requirement.
5. Seven-day one-off package
The agreed future package contains 2 niche discovery runs, 2 niche analyses, 2 keyword analyses and 1 combined listing run for one book: analysis, title and description options, and evaluation of an uploaded cover with recommendations. Valid for 7 calendar days from successful payment. Project and marketplace coverage, run accounting, unsuccessful runs and unused balances must be finalized before sale. Until then, the package is not sold.
6. Subscriptions and renewal
Once launched, subscriptions will renew automatically each month only with explicit customer authorization. Exact allowances, the next charge date and amount must appear before purchase. Pricing is still being finalized; neither true unlimited use nor hidden limits are promised. An annual plan is not agreed or available to buy. The one-time package includes: 2 niche discoveries, 2 keyword analyses, 2 niche analyses, 1 profitability report and 1 book title-and-description generation. The package does not renew daily or monthly and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Calculators and the extension remain free.
7. Payment and conversion
The planned processor is WayForPay. Website prices are intended in USD and merchant settlement in UAH. The customer's transaction currency, rate source, conversion time, renewal calculations and final amount must be established by merchant settings and disclosed before payment. We do not promise an NBU rate or a fixed UAH amount. The customer's bank fees or conversion may differ from merchant settlement conversion. Introductory pricing and renewal terms will be published before sale; a fictitious previous price will not be used. After payments launch, the planned methods are Visa and Mastercard cards issued by banks worldwide, except Russia and Belarus, through WayForPay, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available at checkout. The service does not accept payments from Russia or Belarus or cards issued by banks in those countries; this restriction also applies to cards added to digital wallets. Services are not offered to people located or resident in Russia or Belarus, or companies established there. Availability of a particular method and transaction approval depend on checkout settings, the device, the issuing bank and payment-system checks. The final available methods are shown before payment confirmation.
8. Delivery and saved results
Services are delivered online through an account, without physical shipping. Once payments launch, access will activate following confirmation of successful payment. Generating reports may take longer than opening a page; task status and data availability are shown in the interface. We do not guarantee the same number of books or keywords in every niche. Saved reports and available exports do not guarantee perpetual hosting; keep local copies of important results.
9. Cancellation and refunds
The voluntary guarantee lasts 7 calendar days after the first subscription purchase, not each renewal. It does not cover a completed one-off analysis. Properly submitting cancellation stops future charges; access continues to the end of the paid period unless refunded or another lawful ground applies. Cancellation is separate from a refund request. Rights concerning undelivered or defective services, erroneous charges and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. See Payment and refund rules.
10. Accounts, content and permitted use
Keep passwords confidential; do not bypass limits or security, use another person's account, resell access or conduct unapproved bulk automated collection. Submit materials only with the necessary rights. You retain rights to your inputs and permit technical storage, transmission and processing to provide requested features. You may use research and AI texts in your book projects after checking legality and third-party rights. AI output uniqueness or exclusive rights are not guaranteed.
11. Estimates, responsibility and access
BSR, sales, demand, CPC, royalties and insights may be estimated, incomplete or outdated. Missing values do not mean zero. We do not guarantee profit, rankings, advertising results or Amazon decisions. Amazon is not a partner or party to this agreement. Abuse may lead to proportionate restrictions, with reasons where possible and lawful; urgent security measures may be immediate. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or the right to properly supplied services.
12. Support, changes and disputes
Contact support@indiebookatlas.com. Initial email response is within 24 hours excluding Saturdays and Sundays, using Kyiv time; this is not a promise to resolve every issue within that time. Price, material limit or renewal changes are communicated before application; paid orders are not adversely changed retroactively. Ukrainian law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections in the customer's jurisdiction. You may first contact support; this does not prevent access to courts or competent authorities. The Ukrainian version is primary unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
